What are the shipping costs?
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders for $59 or more.

If you place an order for less than $59 we have to charge a flat rate shipping fee of $5.99 USD to cover the cost of shipping.

Where do you ship from? 
With a unique production chain, your art will be shipped locally in over 30 of the biggest countries. This makes delivery faster for you, but also reduces shipping distances and carbon emissions. Faster, smarter, greener.

When will you ship my order?
Speed is our priority! Your order goes into production within 24 hours, and most orders are delivered within 5-7 days. If an order is placed on a Friday or during the weekend, it will ship out Monday.

Do I get a tracking link?
All shipments are insured and fully trackable, and a tracking link is provided to you in your shipping confirmation. Any lost, damaged or delayed shipments are covered in full. If you haven't received your art within 7 business days, feel free to use our Track My Order-service.

Quality Assurance
Not happy with your product? No worries. Just send us a photo and explanation of why you are not happy and we'll send you a new one or refund the item.

How can the price be so low?

This price is only possible due to the incredible artists involved, who allows us to lower the price significantly for one of their artworks. Without their honorable participation, we wouldn't exist.

Will the low price effect the quality?

Founded by artists, rest assure that the quality of the product is our top priority. Some of us have been working with paper, details and perfection for over 20 years, and we use all our knowledge (and connections) to bring you something we truly can stand behind.

How much actually goes to the cause?

Even split! One third of the profits goes directly to the cause you choose. Another third goes back to the artist that made the artwork, and the last part stays with Andy okay to keeps things running. We think that's pretty fair, and so far everyone's really happy about the setup.

How much do the artists get?

Founded by artists, we always wanted the artists to be fairly compensated as well. We know it's hours and hours of hard work behind each and every one of these artworks. That's why we offer the artists the same amount as the causes, 1/3 of the profits. Hard work should always be rewarded.

No worries. We offer 100% customer satisfaction, or your money back. If by any chance you're not completely happy with any part of your customer experience, neither are we. Just let us know and we'll fix it!
