Production and Shipping
Once your order is placed, it is sent into production within approximately 24 hours. Orders are usually packed and shipped within 1–2 business days after production begins.
Most customers receive their artwork within 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and local postal services.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders over $89 USD, or the equivalent amount in your local currency.
For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of $6.99 USD applies, or the equivalent in your local currency.
Order Tracking
All shipments are fully trackable. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
If you have not received your order within 9 business days after shipment, please use our “Track My Order” page or contact our support team for assistance.
Customs and Import Fees
Orders shipped within the United States are delivered without any customs duties or import fees.
For international orders, local customs policies may apply depending on your country. Any potential customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
If you experience any customs related issues, please contact our support team and we will be happy to help.
Unclaimed Packages
If a package is not collected from the pickup point within the time limit set by the local carrier, usually 7–14 days, it will be returned to us.
In such cases, please contact our customer support to arrange a refund. Shipping costs for unclaimed packages may be deducted from the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will of course make it right as quickly as possible.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery, provided the artwork is in its original condition and packaging.
