I’m very happy with my framed and matted print. It is exactly what I ordered and as it was advertised. The only hiccup was in the shipping. While the item arrived safely and in good condition it took over 4 weeks to receive it after I ordered it. (The first 10 days were due to ordering on a weekend and adding the frame and mat.)Once the shipping label was created it just sat for several days until I finally called. I don’t think this is a first time occurrence

Was a housewarming gift for my daughter and her husband. They both (said that they) loved it - just kidding, they loved it and were very happy to receive it. Unfortunately I did not notice if your website mentioned that there would be duty over and above the purchase price (I am in Canada) so that would be something you might want to warn your international customers of. I am quite pleased with this Frogue artwork. It’s going to give style and personality to my office space. The packaging and frame seem to be of great quality. I am quite satisfied with what I got. The only things that were annoying were fedex’s sending me about 15 reminder that some fees were due for border crossing despite my having cleared those fees and the fact that I think the artwork I bought’s price got reduced even more shortly after my purchase.

Looks great only small problem was the frame was damaged in transport. It was found over our fence and left outdoors. Lucky it didn’t rain! Don’t know why they wouldn’t have left it beside the house or at the post office, especially since it could have been stolen. Other wise stunning peice of art!
