The price is starting at the production cost. Some of the best techniques and material in the industry is used to produce your product. If we set the start price at $0, we could be out of business in a single launch. That's not the right way to save the planet.
Well, then you haven't contributed anything to make the world a better place. You'd just picked up your art in front of someone who might have.
While it is certainly possible, you might want to ask yourself... is that really the kind of person you wan't to be ;)
The cause for each piece is choosen by the artist who made the artwork, and then vetted by Andy Okay to make sure it's a legit and honorable organization.
Each month we highlight one specific charity. This selected partner becomes the center of attention on more many different levels. It features everything from engaging posts in all our social channels to the pre-set cause for artists who rather leave the selection process up to us.
Every cause is pre-chosen by the artist to perfectly fit the artwork, and represents what the artist cares for. They go hand in hand. The donation will be made to the cause listed for that piece and cannot be changed.
We believe in full transparency.

We found that this made some of the items more valuable than others. Since we want each piece to have the exact same value, we removed the numbering.
You will receive a notification when your order leaves our warehouse. Today we don't offer automatic tracking of all orders, but if you haven’t received your order within 5 days, please contact us.
We can't guarantee that we'll have enough time to cancel your order, as our packing/shipping department prides itself on getting products heading our customers' way quickly. If you placed your order during the weekend or after business hours, please send us an email.
It depends on where you are. Most orders will take around 3-5 business days to arrive. Some deliveries can take take a little bit longer, specially during these challenging times. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Frames are not included and unfortunately we don’t sell any frames at the moment, but it’s something we are planning to add in the future.
We have printing partners in over 30 different countries. Because our production is local in 30 countries, delivery is faster and shipping distances and carbon emissions are reduced. Faster, smarter, greener.
We ship all over the world, and shipping costs will apply. They will be added at checkout. Currently the rate is $4.99, but for orders above $50 it's always free! We run special offers and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
Unfortunately, we can't make changes to an existing order, but if you contact us as soon as possible, we may be able to cancel the order before it leaves our stockroom. Then, after the order has been cancelled, you can go back in and place a new order with the correct items. This way, you can avoid being billed for two orders.
Most likely not, as we print "local" in most countries. Some shipments may incur customs fees for some countries. The fee may vary depending on order value, country limits, etc. You as a customer is responsible for these fees.
You have up to 14 days to collect your parcel from your pickup spot.
You will be reminded two times within this period to pick up your parcel.
If you fail to pick up your parcel within this period, it will be returned to our fulfillment warehouse. You will need to speak to customer services regarding your refund.
Please notice that you will be charged for the delivery charges for your un-collected order, even if you reached the "free shipping" level.

No, unfortunately we can not offer invoice payment method.
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
If you would like to exchange a received product for something different, it is processed like a regular return. You send us the item you don’t want and we will refund you. You can then proceed to place a new order in our web shop.
In the event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, we want to make it right as soon as possible. Please email the following information to us:
- Email address that you used when placing the order - Order number - Customer name - Product number - Photo of damaged or incorrect item.
Our customer service team will get back to you shortly.
We make every effort to issue your refund as soon as possible, and at the latest within 14 days. Please note that we must have received your order return or a mailing receipt before we can issue a refund.
