We want you to smile when you receive your product. If, for some reason, you are not happy with the purchase, please contact us at support@andyokay.com! We'll fix it. If your artworks are defected or damaged in anyway we will make sure you receive new ones.

Your order goes into production within 24 hours, and will be packed and shipped out in 1-2 business days. Most customers will have their artwork within 3-7 business days. Sometimes shipping to more remote destinations can take longer, up to 7 to 12 business days, but this is rarely the case.

Shipping is free for all orders above $69. For orders less than that, fees are currently $5.99.

You may return your Fine Art prints within 30 days of delivery if you are not happy with the purchase and you will receive a refund for the artwork/s. The product is eligible for return if it is in the original state. After receiving the package, the amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days.

Un-collected parcels 
You have up to 7-14 days to collect your parcel from your pickup location, depending on how the postal service works in your country. You will be reminded two times within this period to pick up your parcel.

If you fail to pick up your parcel within this period, it will be returned to our fulfillment warehouse. You will need to speak to customer services regarding your refund. Please notice that you will be charged for any delivery charges for your un-collected order.

Un-delivered parcels 
All shipments are fully trackable, and a tracking link is provided to you in your shipping confirmation. If you haven't received your art within 9 business days, feel free to use our Track My Order - service. If you need further assistance please contact our support team, support@andyokay.com. Make sure to contact us within 30 calendar days of when your order was made, at the latest, otherwise we can't make a claim or investigate the shipment with the freight company
