Andy and his team are so wonderful. Not only is the artwork great quality (picture, matting, and frame - that came assembled), but their customer service is beyond excellent and communicative. I ordered the wrong quantity in my first order and after I reached out about it, they responded immediately and made everything right. Very reasonable wait time with great tracking. It’s exactly what I expected, very easy to assemble into the frame I purchased. The perfect gift, funny and sweet. Very nice print! I do wish the print was closer to “regular” precut size mats. I bought the 12x16 I think and the closest mat was 11x14. Buying custom mat and frame is above my budget.
