Hang It for the Child, Not for You

Adults hang at adult height out of habit, which puts the art above the person who actually lives in the room. Start from the child's eye level instead. Above a bed the usual rule applies: keep the width in proportion to the furniture. Frames should be fastened securely and never sit directly above a crib.
