How can you offer such affordable art?

This price is only possible due to the incredible artists involved. Without their honourable participation, we wouldn't exist.

The artists we work with normally sell their art themselves or on other platforms for much more. We collaborate with them and have limited releases of their artworks, linked to a specific charity organisation. The artworks are offered for a lower price to leave room for donations.

Will the price effect the quality?

Founded by artists, rest assure that the quality of the product is our top priority. Some of us have been working with paper, details and perfection for over 20 years, and we use all our knowledge (and connections) to bring you something we truly can stand behind.

How much actually goes to the cause?

We collaborate directly with the charity organisations to help them raise awareness and funds for their important projects. Our mission is to create a better world through the power of art.

For each artwork, you can add a donation to a charity organisation of your choice. What you choose to donate will directly benefit the charity organisation.

So anything extra you can give will have a huge impact.

How much do the artists get?

Founded by artists, we always want the artists to be fairly compensated as well. We know it's hours and hours of hard work behind each and every one of these artworks. That's why we offer the artists an upfront payment so everyone involved get compensated for their contribution.

No worries. We offer 100% customer satisfaction. If by any chance you're not completely happy with your art or any part of your customer experience, neither are we. Just let us know and we will fix it!

Where do you ship from? 
Our Fine Art prints are printed, checked and shipped from our local facility in the US as of August 28th, 2025. Our professional team has over 70 years of experience printing high quality art. This way we can make sure that everything from the paper choice, printing quality and packaging process is just perfect each time. 

Where do you ship to? 
At the moment we ship to the US, Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. If you have any questions please reach out to us.

How do you ship the art? 
Our Fine Art prints are carefully rolled in silk paper, then inserted inside a branded Andy okay tube, as we want to make sure that you receive your artworks in perfect condition! If a frame is added, and your order was made after August 28th, 2025, our fulfilment team will professionally frame your artwork before it is shipped. 

When will you ship my order?
Speed is our priority! Your order goes into production within 24 hours, and most orders are delivered within 5-9 business days. If an order is placed on a Friday or during the weekend, it will be handled on the upcoming Monday. Please allow 2-3 business days of handling time for prints and 4-6 business days for our professionally framed prints.

Do I get a tracking link?
All shipments are fully trackable, and a tracking link is provided to you in your shipping confirmation. If you haven't received your art within 9 business days, feel free to use our Track My Order - service. Please make sure to contact us within 30 days of when your order was made, at the latest, otherwise we can't make claims or investigate the shipment with the freight company. 

What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping on all orders above 89 USD, or equivalent in your currency. If you place an order for less we have to charge a flat rate shipping fee of 6.99 USD, or equivalent in your currency, to cover some of the cost for the shipping. 

Are there any customs fees?
There will not be any customs fees or import taxes on orders from the US. If you have made your order prior to the August 28th, 2025, and issues occur due to the recent customs changes in the US please contact our support team and they will help you sort everything out. support@andyokay.com 

Quality Assurance
Not happy with your Fine Art prints? No worries. Just send us a photo and explanation of why you are not happy and we will fix it. Please just make sure to contact us within 30 days of when your order has been received.
